Consent to the Collection and Processing of Personal Data

By submitting the contact form on mudmaster.net and selecting the relevant checkbox, I freely and voluntarily consent to the Operator collecting and processing my personal data under the following terms.

1. Operator: MUD MASTER LLP, BIN 140540011148, address: Office 21, 223D Raiymbek Avenue, Almaty, 050016, Kazakhstan.
2. Data collected: full name, email address, enquiry text, form language, submission date and time, and technical data required to protect the form from abuse.
3. Purposes: receiving and reviewing the enquiry, preparing and sending a response, securing the form and preventing spam.
4. Operations: collection, recording, organisation, use, transfer to engaged infrastructure providers, storage, restriction and deletion. No automated decision-making or publication in publicly accessible sources is performed.
5. Data is transferred to the Migadu email provider and server infrastructure providers. This may involve cross-border transfer to Switzerland and other countries where those providers lawfully operate infrastructure, subject to applicable data-protection requirements.
6. Consent remains valid until the purposes are achieved. Working correspondence is deleted no later than 30 days after the enquiry is completed unless longer retention is required by law or to protect the Operator’s legitimate interests. Technical backups are removed according to providers’ retention cycles.
7. Consent may be withdrawn by emailing website@mudmaster.net. The Operator will stop processing within the period prescribed by the laws of the Republic of Kazakhstan unless continued storage or processing is legally required.
